This brochure was designed to aid parents and teachers alike in understanding the strategies and benefits of relational behavior management. The brochure was created for EDIE 3100, a course about Child Development and Learning. The creators are Jessica Merrikin, Jenna Churchill and Lacee Smith. 2021.

I have included this brochure as a sample of my academic coursework as I believe it conveys my interest and understanding of relational approaches to behavior management as well as my ability to collaborate successfully with peers. This was a new concept for me and my group members when we created this document. Since its development I have continued to think about and seek out information related to the topic and do believe in the power of establishing strong, genuine relationships with students.
